My goal is to ensure that you completely enjoy your time with me. The following tips will help you make the most of your time at the salon.

Scheduling / Tardiness / Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled by phone; however, I recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon. My scheduling is designed to permit the proper amount of time needed to complete your scheduled service(s). Your promptness is appreciated. In order to serve you better, please arrive 5 minutes early so I may conduct a proper consultation with you. If you arrive after your scheduled start time, your service(s) may be shortened or rescheduled so that other guests do not experience delays in their service(s) start time. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call to reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you do not call and do not arrive for your appointment, it will be considered a “no show” and will be charged half the cost of your service, payable by your next visit. On your second offence, and there after, the full amount of your missed service will be required. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is a “no show” for more than two appointments.

Children in the Salon
All of my guests are important to me, including your child. I am happy to provide salon services for your child. However, my waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please keep a close eye on your children for their safety as there are many breakable items and hot irons. I ask you to guide your children to respect my salon: No pumping, twirling or spinning of salon chairs. Thank you.

Service Dissatisfaction
As much as I aim to please my clients, there are times when I may miss the mark. Let me know within 7 days of your service and I will be happy to accommodate you! My primary objective is to ensure each service meets my client’s expectations. However, I do not offer refunds for salon services.
